These are adult sizes. For younger players, measure across the chest and go by that number rather than by age — and when a player is between two sizes, size up.

To fit chest — measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, arms relaxed.
Body length — from the high point of the shoulder straight down to the back hem.
Chest, laid flat — across the shirt lying flat, one inch below the armhole.
Sleeve length — from center back neck, over the shoulder point, to the sleeve hem.
4.5 oz tri-blend (polyester / combed ring-spun cotton / rayon). Specs come from the manufacturer and can vary slightly by dye lot and print run.
